1. Information we collect
- Account information: full name, email, phone number, and password (managed securely via our authentication provider).
- BGMI identity data: your in-game name, BGMI player ID, account level, K/D ratio, and tier, captured for verification.
- Team and participation data: team/chip membership, lineup, registrations, slot reservations, and battle history.
- Competition data: round results, placements, kills, leaderboard rankings, and achievement titles.
- Financial data: earnings ledger entries, withdrawal requests, and payout details (UPI ID or bank account, account holder name, IFSC) needed to pay you.
- Support data: messages, fair-play reports, and dispute records you submit to our support team.
2. How we use this information
- To verify your eligibility and BGMI identity each season.
- To run battles, track results, and calculate rewards accurately.
- To process your withdrawal requests and pay out earned rewards.
- To respond to support requests and investigate fair-play reports or disputes.
- To keep the platform safe — detecting duplicate accounts, unauthorized access, or cheating.
3. Who can see your data
- You can see your own identity, battle history, rewards, and earnings clearly inside your account.
- Admins with the correct role can see what they need to operate the platform — for example, finance details are limited to the player who owns them and authorized finance admins only.
- Other players can see your public competitive identity (in-game name, team, results, leaderboard position) — never your private contact or payout details.
4. Where your data is stored
Veerzone stores data using Supabase (a managed database and authentication provider) and standard payment rails for processing UPI/bank withdrawals. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we only share data with service providers as needed to operate the platform (for example, processing a payout).
5. Data retention and audit
Battle, reward, and withdrawal history is kept so that you and our support team can review past activity if a question or dispute comes up. Important admin actions (such as releasing a reward or approving a withdrawal) are logged for audit and safety.
6. Security
We apply role-based access controls so that sensitive data — especially financial information — is only visible to the account owner and the correct admin role. No system is completely risk-free, but we aim to limit access strictly to what each role needs.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Some data (such as past competitive results or financial records required for audit) may need to be retained even after a deletion request, where required for legal or operational reasons.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Veerzone evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. See also our Terms and Conditions.
