Refund & Cancellation Policy

If Veerzone cancels a scheduled battle before it starts, no further action is needed since no entry fee was collected. Any reward pool tied to that battle is simply not distributed.

Veerzone may introduce optional paid battles for specific events. Where this applies:

• The entry fee will be shown clearly before you join, and payment is verified manually via UPI or bank transfer.
• If Veerzone cancels a paid battle before it starts, the full entry fee will be refunded to the original payment channel.
• If you cancel your own registration before the reporting/lock time defined for that battle, you may be eligible for a refund as stated for that specific battle.
• No-shows — registering but not reporting to the lobby on time — are generally not eligible for a refund, since a slot was reserved on your behalf.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the same UPI ID or bank account used for payment, and may take a few business days depending on the payment channel.

Rewards and earnings are competitive prizes paid for verified results — they are separate from any entry-fee refund. A reward credit may still be held or reversed if a result is disputed or linked to a fair play violation, as described in our Fair Play policy.

If you believe you are owed a refund for a paid battle, contact support with your battle name, registration details, and payment reference. We review each case individually.
