Terms and Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older to create a Veerzone account or join any battle.
• You must provide accurate registration details, including a working BGMI profile, and keep them up to date.
• Each player may hold only one account. Accounts shared between multiple people are not permitted.

Veerzone is a skill-based BGMI scrims and tournament platform. Outcomes are determined entirely by your in-game performance — placement, kills, and team result — as recorded from the actual match.

• Player identity is verified once using BGMI details such as in-game name, player ID, and account level. Approved verification carries across future seasons unless suspended or revoked.
• Verified players are checked again in the battle lobby before a match starts.
• Unverified or unauthorized players found in a lobby will be removed, and may be permanently banned.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Sharing your account is not permitted.

• Joining a battle is free today. There is no charge to register, reserve a slot, or compete.
• Veerzone may, in the future, offer optional paid battles for certain events. Where this applies, the entry fee will be clearly shown before you join, and payment is verified manually through UPI or bank transfer — never auto-deducted from any stored balance.
• Veerzone does not operate a deposit wallet. You cannot add, top up, or store funds on the platform for the purpose of joining battles.

• Reward pools for each battle are funded by Veerzone, not by player entry fees.
• Rewards are calculated from verified results (placement, kills, MVP, and similar categories) and credited to your earnings ledger once released by an admin.
• Your earnings ledger only ever receives credits from released rewards — it cannot be topped up or deposited into.
• You may request a withdrawal of your available balance via UPI or bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout and may take time to process.
• Veerzone may hold, review, or reverse a reward credit if a result is disputed, found to be inaccurate, or linked to a fair play violation.

All players must follow the Fair Play and Code of Conduct, including the TPP-only and mobile-only platform rules. In short, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban:

• Team chips (duo/squad) are competitive identities and must reflect your real roster.
• Captains are responsible for managing their roster honestly, including starters, substitutes, and lineup changes.
• Roster changes must follow the platform's lock rules for each season and battle.

Veerzone may restrict access, hold rewards, suspend, or permanently ban an account for violating these terms, the Fair Play policy, or for suspicious or unsafe activity. Where reasonable, we aim to give notice and a path to raise a dispute through support.

• Veerzone is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep battles, results, and payouts accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• Veerzone is not responsible for issues caused by your device, network, internet service provider, or the BGMI game client itself.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veerzone's liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount, if any, you have been credited but not yet withdrawn.

Veerzone is a live, evolving platform. We may update these terms as features change. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
